BAKER TILLY – Güreli CPA and Audit firm prepared a valuation report based on net asset method considering the following items;

  • Present values of all assets and passive items on the balance sheet dated on 30th September 2018 such as receivables, liabilities (bank loan amount is only TL 115.469 which is related to get an automobile) and some assets such as buildings, motor vehicles and etc.
  • Present values of income expectation from ongoing joint venture building construction projects including Beysu Konakları Project and Beysu Evleri Project, which have many valuable finished residential apartments in Çankaya Ankara.
  • Present values of rental income expectations from ongoing joint venture shopping center project which has long term rental contracts up to 14 years.
  • Present value of the “Treasury Land Construction Registration Certificate” received on 06.10.2018 in accordance with the Law numbered 7143. Since this certificate related to a valuable land and buildings on it were not included in the balance sheet dated on 30th September 2018, the present value of those assets were taken into account to determine the company’s net asset value as of 30th september 2018.

Considering the aforementioned issues, the present net asset value of the company as of 30.09.2018 is determined as TL 120.987.940.20.
